"DONT RENT FROM THEM. MY CEILING FELL IN. THEY WOULDN'T FIX IT. NOW THE PIPE IN THE BASEMENT BUSTED. THEY WONT FIX IT. I CANT TAKE BATHS, SHOWERS, LAUNDRY, DISHES. NOTHING."
"STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! My lease ends on 10/1. I told Nick, the owner, on the phone on 9/1 that I was NOT renewing the lease since I bought a home. He congratulates me, asks me a bunch of questions about my house and says "no problem, I'll be in touch soon about move out procedures". I then get an email from his wife, Amy, who tells me EIGHT DAYS before the lease is up that I need a "30 day written notice of discontinuing the lease." I tell her that I already spoke to Nick about it and he said everything was fine to move out. WRONG! Nick replies to the email that I never said that and that I will be paying for a place I won't be living in since I didn't give 30 days written notice. When I spoke to him on 9/1, he never said I need written notice and that "I was all good to move out". Now he's claiming that conversation never happen, even though I have call and text logs to prove it, and that I never told him I was moving that. He also claims he reminded me several times about this rule...which neither he nor Amy did until 8 days ago. They purposely waited until EIGHT DAYS BEFORE THE LEASE ENDS to tell me that I needed written notice even though I gave Nick verbal notice on 9/1. I took amazing care of that house and always paid within the payment agreement. I cleaned the whole home top to bottom before moving out too. This is the worse "family" scammers I've ever leased from. They are stealing $1900 from me for a house I won't even be living at and lying that they told me well in advance about this stupid rule. I just bought a house and was counting on that money to pay my mortgage. Don't lease with them, please save yourself the money and headache."
"This company hit me hard on my security deposit. Most were fair but somehow ended up with $1500 in charges for cracks that were already in the driveway. As a tenant I also had problems with water leakage and the company sent the wrong maintenance person over and over again. Thankfully didn't have to pay for that. If you're looking for a house/property to rent from and this company is involved I would HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to look elsewhere and save yourself the problems I would give negative stars if I could"
"Rented a house from this company for 6yrs . Had so many violations on the house, not from us but from the cheap af landlord. The ceiling in our living room fell (we noted that the ceiling was cracking, and it's on our rental dashboard that we stated it) and since the slumlord didn't want to pay for any of the repairs or damages that occurred we were stuck with an eyesore for about 3 months! No compensation for damages to our property. No discount in rent for the inconvenience. We were told that we would have compensation and then told to just go file an insurance claim. The work performed was completely laughable in quality. They will slowly raise your rent as the quality of the rental continually goes down. Thank God I bought a house and won't have to deal with these scumbag liars anymore."
