"Ken, Tanner and their team were absolutely awesome. We had over 100 feet of wetlands to traverse in order to access our lake. They custom built an elevated boardwalk over/through the wetlands and capped it with a permanent T dock at the end. It gives us lake access now, and looks absolutely amazing! I was probably a bit of a nitpicker but Ken and his team went over everything and it looks perfect!"

"I suggest you do not hire this company to install a seawall. Our experience with this company was: The son was the salesman, the father/owner then came in taking shortcuts on material and worked the proposal to his advantage (he then became extremely irritated when we wanted him to follow the proposal), at the first sign of a disagreement on the job the wife came for payments. For us, one of the main takeaways is the use a "proposal" instead of a contract so they are able to make changes mid job unless the proposal is signed and dated. Overall we are very disappointed since we felt the need to constantly babysit to be sure no shortcuts were taken that would cause costly wall or yard issues in the future. Time will tell if we were successful."
"What a great company! Kept in touch to let us know when they were coming out and approximately the end date. Staff was very friendly and accommadating. I really liked the pay as you go plan. Other companies wanted 1/2 up front and the rest on completion. Would rate them a 10 if I could. I highly recommend Advanced Lakefront Services!"
