Nagoya Sushi (28th ST)

"Food: 4/5 (Awesome all you can eat sushi and menu items!) Service: 5/5 (humble kind staff) Atmosphere: 4/5 (clean environment, great music!) Great experience at Nagoya Sushi Restaurant! Located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, this sushi had me at hello, as I haven't had good sushi in a while. This restaurant is one of the best all you can eat sushi restaurants I've been to in a while. The food was amazing! I tried 6 different sushi rolls, friend rice, miso soup, spring rolls, and fried dumplings. The miso was so flavorful, and the sushi was innovated. The food came fast and hot, and the sushi was fresh. Lovely meals! The service was amazing. The staff treats you very well, checks in on the customers often, and our water cups were full! I love the service and humility of the staff. The atmosphere was great. There wasn't a lot of decor, but the music was great and the restaurant was clean. Great environment to eat great sushi. Amazing experience at Nagoya Sushi Restaurant! My sushi tank is full until the next time."

"We were slightly concerned by some of the reviews listed, but chose to try this place out as we were looking for some ‘All you can eat’ sushi. I’m certainly glad we did! Honestly, I’m surprised the place wasn’t more busy, as we went on a Sunday at dinner time. The food was amazing, and certainly filling! We will certainly be back!"

"This has got to be the best sushi I have ever had. You cannot beat the price for this all you can eat lunch, everything was so fresh and so good. The service was so great, workers and servers were very kind. We had the Gyoza’s, Spring Rolls and Crab Rangoon’s for appetizer and none of them disappointed. We also tried the noodles and fried rice, 10/10 on everything. I had the Godzilla Special Roll and the Crunchy Crab Roll and let me tell you, it was incredible. 12/10 recommend. I hope everyone can try out this place and experience what I did! Can’t wait to be back"

"Crazy awesome lunch all you can eat special. Only $38 for what would have cost $90 at Sakura in Grandville (I looked), and better quality from my experience especially for the price. So glad my brother recommended us checking it out. Additionally the service was great/fast and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. Shout-out to the clear soup. Very tasty."

"All-you-can-eat-without-gratuitous-excess model is great! At first our party of 5 was a little imitated by the idea of possibly being charged for leftover food but then we had fun with the idea and treated it like a game. I'm happy to report we all left very happy & satisfied - with the food and our efforts! The house salad dressing is different from ginger dressing I've had in the past and I likely would pass on that next time. Otherwise, we tried soup, rolls, sushi, fried rice and appetizers - all delicious and would get again!"
