"I have been going to the Plymouth location for over 10 years now. I stopped at this location to make a deposit while I was on break at work and I sat in the drive thru forever :( there were no other calls when I pulled up. I sent my deposit thru and sat and waited, I saw two girls talking to each other through the window, I looked at them wondering if they saw my deposit. The one girl just kept talking and talking. Then I see them both walk away. I hit the call button to see if anyone had seen me send my deposit. I know they saw me sitting in my car and just walked away :( finally one of the girls came back and apologized for the wait. I just don’t understand what was going on. If I were going through the drive thru at Plymouth with no one else in line this would have taken a few minutes. I was sitting there for probably a good 10 minutes just being ignored it was crazy! Not sure if I’ll come back to this location."

"I’ve never had a bad experience and have been banking at CFCU for 10 years now but recently when I’ve been calling for questions and such, I’ve gotten some of the worst service I think I ever have gotten trying to do banking on the phone. I don’t live near a branch and have continued to invest my loyalty into this company but as of recently I’ve gotten more and more disappointed."

"I generally have a really good experience. some of the stuff with community financial is a little bit odd in terms of their information systems, but I like the friendly and family oriented atmosphere. They are always helpful when it comes to getting a car loan as well. overall I think it's good to have a credit union on your team and I'm glad that I have community financial. I have been banking with them ever since I was 8. That's over 20 years."

"Been banking with them for almost 30 years. Auto loan, savings acct., checking acct. , home equity loan, direct deposit . I've never had one problem. Best place I've ever banked at. Everyone at the Northville branch go's out of their way to help you any way they can."

"Terrible. I am a 20 year customer. My minor's son account was transferred to the State with no notification. Both parents had bank accounts there, neither were contacted. I went to deposit money in my sons account and found out they transferred it. Individual was not helpful and was almost bothered with us. Did not apologize. Was not helpful!!!! I ended up closing all my accounts there including my other child's account which was not sent to the State. I understand regulations but at least help your customer figure out how to get their child's college fund back. Not just say go to this website and fill out a form. Train your managers on customer service."
