"It wasn't busy. I walked up and waited for the teller to greet me before moving forward. I made a check deposit and requested cashback. I had a post-it note attached with the number of denominations that I needed. She entered the info into her terminal and put the cash in an envelop and handed it to me. I found it unusual that she did not count the money out to me; so, I removed the cash and counted it out to myself while standing at the window. Sometimes I appreciate a little 'small talk'; but, there was none of that. Its okay. When I was younger I didn't talk much either. Now that I am a senior, you cannot shut me up. Happy Holidays!"

"Horrible service. 4 windows open and one person working. No hello...nothing. Lobby wasn't open when it should of been per posted hours. Very rude unintelligent person. I'm a member of this credit union and this is my first time at this location and will never go back. I'm thinking of going to another credit union. It's MY money and you wouldn't have a job without your customers. BE BETTER or end up without customers and a job!!"
