"Not for our African American girls at all! If I could give zero stars I would. They put the minimum of our products in the back of the store on about a quarter of the wall. Very disappointing to see and heart breaking. As someone who live in white lake I think I shouldn’t have to drive to another city to buy products for my hair due to the lack of consideration."

"The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is also always clean and organized whenever I go in, but for those of you who don’t know, hair products have a shelf life and expiration date. I bought conditioner yesterday that expired, with a shelf life of 36 months. Which leads me to believe that bottle sat on their shelf for at least 3 years. My fault for not checking, so buyer beware."

"I placed an online order today I was unable to pick it up myself so I had my boyfriend go...I told him all he needed was my name which was my mistake... but when he mentioned I had an online order to pick up and gave my name the lady's response was extremely rude! "Well I need more then a name...even if she was the queen of England I'd need more then a name. She then said ill give you a hint order number which I then gave him over the phone...I understand customer service can be tough during these times but that was truly uncalled for and will never return to this location after many years of business I will now be going to another one"

"The 2 ladies working were nice and helpful, as usual. This Sally is my regular store and I never have issues with the staff. Sometimes I have been in a hurry and they have always gotten me in & out. I came in a couple months ago and they were out of a product that I wanted. Staff let me know when the next delivery is so I could come get it asap. Thanks for knowing your job and helping all you can"

"My daughter bought hair extensions took them to the salon to be informed that what they sold her would not work. Didn't open the packages in any way but was told by Sallys that they would not refund them. Spoke to a sales person, manager and a representative not in that store location. There was no sign for final sale but there was on other products they sell. I would understand if they were open but they were not. After many conversations and zero customer service they gave her a store credit for one 1 package and insisted she opened the 2nd package so no refund. They were not open and looked exactly as the other packages hanging in the store. I will never return to the store based on their handling of this item. And will share this with many including all our many friends in the salon business."
