"I dont have extensive training with Kru Ray, but for a beginner and essentially first timer he should be a "go to" coach. He really has a way of coaching that helps true beginners completely understand techniques when he shows them the first time, and if you dont understand the first time he is very understanding and takes the time to help you understand. Besides just showing you the technique and having you do it in repetition, he explains why you would do a technique a certain way and what happens if you dont do it the correct way. Overall, with my limited experience in Martial Arts, I would suggest anyone, from the complete beginner to a veteran competitor, to go see Ray White if you want to improve your game as a competitor, or even just for your own knowledge. Ray is one of the best coaches I have ever had the pleasure of learning from."
