"I've been going here for years and always had great service with Garth. I took my vehicle in this fall to have the snow tires mounted. Garth was not there. I waited because they always had me in and out in under an hour. This time, I waited over 2 hours. The technician broke one of the TPMS sensors, which is understandable. They installed a new one which I paid for and they said I needed to drive for the vehicle to learn the sensor. It did not work. I took the Jeep back the next day and waited over an hour. They said it might be fixed but again it needed to be driven. I drove for days and it did not work. Took the Jeep back a third time and again waited over an hour. I was told the technician programmed the sensor incorrectly. Ultimately, they got it fixed but it took 3 trips and I spent over 4 hours in the waiting room. I am disappointed in the service I received this time around."
"Over a month ago I made an appointment with Brian for today to have my snow tires mounted. Upon my arrival I was informed that both Garth and Brian are no longer employed by Accurate Tire. The woman who waited on me asked if I intended to wait and when I said that I would since it only takes 30 minutes she said they now employ different technicians who know their jobs, but just aren't as fast as Garth and Brian. She was right; my appointment was for 11 am and the job wasn't completed until after noon. I hope any one reading this who knows where Garth and Brian are currently working will post it here. I've been a customer at Accurate Tire for a long time, but only because of the service provided by those two men."
"I had a performance tire with screw in it. I was very particular about how anyone was going to fix it without scratching the rim. They did an excellent job without any issues to the rim. I highly recommend this business."
"The best tire and wheel shop in town. Had a decent vibration in my front end, Brian had me back on the road in an hour. Truck rides better than ever now! I trust Brian and his team completely, honest work and very fairly priced!"
