"Performance Plus in North Muskegon has went above and beyond to help me with my 2005 Chrysler 300. This was from an oil change that Perfomance Plus in Fruitport Mi messed up the stripped my drain plug because they were mad. I want to Thank Chris the District Manager that has worked with me from the time that I had contracted him. And thank you to Adam the assistant manager and Casey the oil technician, they are very courteous and polite. They all went above and beyond. I would recommend Performance Plus in North Muskegon, before I would ever recommend Performance Plus on 3rd Street in Fruitport or Apple Ave in Muskegon, Mi. Thank you again for all your help"
"Normally a great experience but this time the new "manager" spent more time going on a out himself and the job he's done since taking over and how oil viscosity works...not sure how accurate it was...then never cleared my notification or looked into the need to change my air filter until after I called back to ask why..."

"Very good staff that helped me out even though the computers weren't cooperating to find the filter for my Ford V10 motorhome. One of the few places that have bays big enough for motorhomes too. Great value and great service"
"Service was pretty good. They changed my oil and had a new air filter that I needed in stock. They had a mishap and gave me the receipt for the guy next to me. The oil change guys weren't nearly as helpful and friendly as the guy detailing the white suburban. I don't know what his name was but he had a ponytail and he was very friendly and seemed to be very knowledgeable about the oil change side of the business. I'm surprised he wasn't running the whole show. Anyway, I had a good experience and I will definitely come back here."
