"I have a hard time believing the positive reviews for this company. They have LITERALLY changed my delivery appointment 4 times!!! They completely stood me up the first time and never called me to notify me, or to reschedule, etc. The promised I would have it before the weekend which didn't happen. I was told they don't deliver to my area Mondays, so Tuesday is the next soonest. I just got a call saying it needs to be Wednesday - "The driver can't be on the road tomorrow" is what they tell me. Completely insane! Don't ship with this company!!!!"
"Ranard called twice to confirm his delivery time. When he arrived (on time as promised), he had a big beaming smile, and treated our delivery (a headboard) as if it was his own. He was very polite and wanted to make sure that our product was delivered without any problem."
