Conveniently situated on the East Beltline, just north of the Plainfield Ave. intersection, our Grand Rapids office features a full rehabilitation center and aquatic therapy pool equipped with the latest therapy equipment. Our office hours are Monday 7:30am to 5pm, Tuesday 7am to 5pm, Wednesday 7am to 12pm, Thursday 7am to 5pm, and Friday 7:30am to 1:45pm. Please note that we are closed from noon to 1pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
