"They did a great job in cleaning our vents - ran out of time and didn’t do the furnace inspection. Promised they would be back - that was September - it’s now November and they aren’t returning our calls. They also have not sent our payment back - we paid in full for the work. I guess buyer beware - we’ll keep calling them but I think they took the money and ran."

"Excellent work. Very friendly. I had a small gas leak inside the house that needed repair, two guys came out and got all the inside repaired by 5:30pm. Then went to turn gas back on and the valve outside started leaking. They called the gas company and their boss to come out. The boss (assuming owner) explained what's going on and gave me his personal number to call at anytime through the night if we couldn't get gas on and it's getting cold (it's mid December). He said they had a bunch of space heaters we can use free of charge. Didn't get far enough to need it but I was very impressed with their customer service and I will recommend them to anyone. Definitely will use them again for projects."
"Miller Plumbing redid my entire upstairs bathroom years ago when I remodeled. Just recently I had them come for some other issues. Julie is very friendly on the phone when listening to concerns. I was able to e mail some pictures of what parts would need to be replaced, which is a time saver for all. Tim, the owner, also touched base with me with my concerns. Everything was ordered and done in a timely manner. The employee who did the work, Jared, was professional and friendly and got the jobs done. Miller has always been the business that takes care of the plumbing needs of my home."
