"A couple of days ago, I ordered a pizza online after working 12+ hours and got home realizing it was the complete wrong pizza. My boyfriend posted a review and someone responded to him to call in the morning so they could make it right and time got away from me, I didn't call. And tonight I figured pizza sounded good and that I would let the mistake on the last order go because it's never happened before and mistakes happen, but I ordered the same pizza tonight(3 cheese pepperoni pleaser) and they gave me a normal pepperoni pizza AGAIN. I guess I need to legitimately start opening the box before I leave to make sure you guys made me the right pizza. I'm so annoyed that this happened again and I dont know that I can order from this location again. All a girl wants is what she asked for and PAID for after a 14 hour day of work. Please teach your staff how to make the pizza that is ordered."

"I ordered a pizza from them because they had a pretty good deal on pizzas $11.99 for a large two topping. I get the pizza home its super rubbery it's cold it's almost an inedible. I call the company back about an hour later, you know after I wash dishes and put my kids down for bed. I spoke with the manager he tells me that because I called back an hour after I got the pizza that there's nothing that he can do about it and that if I wanted a refund I should have called back immediately after I got the pizza. Horrible customer service no customer service skills at all and was extremely rude."
