"Male Pharmacist at this location is very rude and snobby. He pretends like I should know ALL my generic brands alongside the pharmaceutical ones!!! He was just trying to make me feel stupid so I hit with the YIIIP!! SMH...peoples kids these days!!! We avoid 9pa]]Mr. TODD AT ALL COSTS and tell all our friends and family members do the same."

"I've been a pharmacy tech for a year and I understand the frustrations that may come with the job. This place needs to understand to communicate. I dropped off my dogs seizure script and was told it would be ordered and filled the next day. I called the next day 4pm asking for an update I was then told that it didn't come in and I'd have to wait until Friday (a week from that day) I cannot wait so I had to transfer my script to CVS on highland rd. What is frustrating is that the techs do not seem to care to communicate to understand where the customer is coming from. I have given them another chance just this past week. I had a week left of my dogs meds so it would give us a whole week to get filled. I walked in and the pharmacist said that she could fill it but it would be 30 mins. I noticed that they were busy and since I wasn't in need of it right then and there I told her I could come back tomorrow. She was appreciative of this and thanked me. I came by two days later in the drive thru and asked to pick up for my dog. Madison told me that it wouldn't be filled until tomorrow because they needed to order it. I was shocked so I told her that the pharmacist told me that they were in stock and it was able to be filled but I explained that I would come back later to pick it up because they were SLAMMED. Once I said this Madison asked me to wait so she can go check, she came back and told me to give her 10-15 mins. This was frustrating because I was giving them another chance and they let me down."

"This review is aimed at the Waterford Meijer Pharmacy. This Pharmacy has proven to be a joke. Most of the help behind the counter I've dealt with are rude and have an I don't care attitude. I can't count how many times I get a text saying my prescriptions will be done the following day after 2:00 p..m. and when I show up I am just told "sorry it'll be another day". I understand mistakes happen and shipments get delayed. But take accountability/responsibility and text your customers again lettting them know so they don't waste their time and gas driving up there. I will be taking my business elsewhere and moving to a different Pharmacy."

"The pharmacy techs are so incredibly helpful and nice, always quick to answer the phone and work on any issues that may come up. My scripts are always ready for pickup when they say they will be. The costs, even with insurance, are better here than at CVS (everything here is better than CVS- I hate them). Their text message system is super helpful and it's super convenient for it to be inside Meijer so I can grab my script while I'm there to get groceries and other items. I love that my scripts add a lot of points to my Meijer points system so that I get money off my other purchases."

"Pharmacy Staff and pharmacist extremely rude and not helpful on multiple occasions. Have only had to use this pharmacy a handful of times when my regular Walgreens didn’t have my medication. I look forward to not using them or encountering their rude staff again."
