Forest Glen is a charming institution located on East D Avenue in Richland, Michigan. With 48 two-bedroom apartments, Forest Glen offers a cozy small-town atmosphere in a convenient location. Just minutes away from Kalamazoo, Battle Creek, and Plainwell, residents have easy access to shopping, dining, and attractions like Gull Meadow Farms and Gull Lake. The monthly rent includes water, sewer, and a covered carport for each apartment. Pet owners will be pleased to know that cats and small dogs (under 25lbs full-grown) are welcome at Forest Glen with a pet deposit and monthly pet fee. Each apartment has a limit of two pets, with reasonable accommodations accepted. Cats require a $100 pet deposit (half refundable) and a $10 monthly fee per cat, while dogs require a $200 pet deposit (half refundable) and a $20 monthly fee per dog.
