"We tried to use them for some of our back taxes and constantly had to call them to see any progress made. We paid them $1800 only to find out the next year that the IRS didn't have records of them filing anything at all. We tried to get them to fix it and they ended up filing a single year and it wasn't even correct so now we have to pay someone else to file an amended return. Worst service I've had from any business let alone something as important as an accountant."

"They have a girl that works for them named Julia that contacted my firm requesting documents for a client without providing consent prior and because we did not provide it to her she left us a bad review, ironically she left a bad review on another local business because they asked her for information on a client and they didn't provide her with consent prior, in her post she said "I informed him that I would need to obtain permission from the client before disclosing private information to him, especially since I had never met him before. He began cursing and yelling at me. Extremely insensitive and unprofessional. As a business professional himself, he should be aware of my legal obligations to obtain consent from clients before disclosing personal information to a random man who walks into my office. I can only imagine the lack of confidentiality for their clients in this office."
