"Good beach to take kids to. It has a dock for boats or jumping off. No lifeguards in 2020 it seems but there were in previous years. Plenty of parking available."
"This is a nice little park on Lake Leelanau. The views across the water are great. Based purely on that, I would give this a higher rating of 3 or 4 stars. The water is a little warmer than Van's Beach. However, based on the reactions of people in my group, there appears to be swimmer's itch. Because of this, I can't recommend swimming here. Our group, luckily, came out with only a minor reaction, but it is definitely present."
"A cool place to watch the sun come up. Small beach area to bring children or put in your kayaks. Enjoy the views!!"
"Idyllic setting. Quiet, off the beaten path. Sugar sand beach with a nice aluminum dock ending in several benches to rest and contemplate. Water at the dock end is cool, clear and deep enough to safely jump in. No guard."
