Wilcox-Palmer-Shah Preserve
The Wilcox-Palmer-Shah Preserve, located on North Bayshore Drive in Elk Rapids, Michigan, is a beautiful park managed by The Grand Traverse Regional Land Conservancy. Mercury Park
Mercury Park is a beautiful park located at 16175 Mercury Drive in Grand Haven, Michigan. This park is part of the Township's extensive park system, which includes five parks, four public accesses, a boat launch, and over 38 miles of non-motorized pathways. Organized recreational programs are provided by the Northwest Ottawa Recreation Authority. Mercury Park itself covers 6.71 acres and features amenities such as a restroom, a softball field, a multi-purpose grass field, and a playground. Dogs are not permitted in this park. Visitors can reserve facilities such as shelters, baseball fields, softball fields, and soccer fields for exclusive use during varying blocks of time. The park reservation system is hosted through a collaboration with Ottawa County.
Pottawattomie Park
Pottawattomie Park is a beautiful 20.83-acre park located at 15600 Comstock Street in Grand Haven, Michigan. This park offers a variety of amenities including three shelters, a restroom, two volleyball courts, two horseshoe pits, a soccer field, a playground, trails, a floating fishing/viewing platform, boardwalk, and 74 parking spaces. Dogs are not permitted in this park. In addition to Pottawattomie Park, the Grand Haven Township maintains five parks and four public accesses totaling nearly 600 acres of property, along with a boat launch and over 38 miles of non-motorized pathways. The Northwest Ottawa Recreation Authority provides organized recreational programs within the park system.
