"Lawn Boys installed a vinyl seawall at my home and within five years it started to heave up and dislodge. When I finally got them to come out and evaluate the problem I was informed that their work was no longer covered under any warranty.They said that I would have to pay for a new seawall. I find their work & service policy exceptionally poor."
"Dean's just poorly installed my dock again. Mentioned to them that it was way offset and he told me how I could prevent them from putting it in crooked. They did nothing to straighten the dock. At least this year they didn't leave trash in my yard or nuts and bolts that should've been installed. Never happy with them. Never again."
"We ordered a dock last year at the last minute and they were able to get it in before Memorial Day despite their busy schedule. The team of guys that came out were both incredibly professional and courteous while working with us on getting the placement just right. My husband is an engineer who measures everything down to the millimeter and even he was impressed with how straight and level they made the dock. I’d highly recommend them for any water front needs!"
"Great Service & Staff I've been a client of Docks by Dean for three years and I can tell you that I've never had better service than what I receive from Bill and his crew. On a consistent basis, he and his staff have always been willing to go the extra mile for me. For example, I was in the market for a PWC and shared this with Bill. He proceeded to make a few phone calls of dealers he worked with and found one that we absolutely loved. Once I purchased it, he picked it up from the dealership for me and delivered it right to my dock!! They've always been fair and honest with me and I consider him a trusted professional and would recommend their company to anyone. As a matter of fact, I've referred him three people that are on the same lake as mine and they've all been extremely happy. Keep up the great work. Looking forward to the upcoming season!!"
