"On July 2021 we are hired Garbuzov for our immigration matter. Paid in full the amount he was asking for. Today is November 2023, nothing was done by today. He asked me multiple times for the documents and pictures and passport pictures and everything was lost , so he asked us again and again and again. And after each time he was promised to filed our paperwork in a week, so after several months gone we always had to face his strange explanation why he didn’t file our paperwork. During that time he was upgrading his office location, moved to a much better area and we couldn’t reach him at this time, because he didn’t answer the phone nor answered any voicemail message. After he was settled, he called and requested from us again a full package of documents, pictures and a passport pictures. On my question about where is all my previous documents and pictures he answered what he doesn’t have it and always was accusing us for everything in that process. In front of my own eyes at his previous office one customer was arguing loudly with him about almost the same problem we got with Garbuzov. When he filled one paperwork for us at the begging it came back with a mistakes and was required a fixing in a provided information. I have not had a such a nightmare ever in my whole life. He is completely unprofessional and politely rude. He treated us like we are a low style humans in the World. The bottom line, our patients was gone and we took our money back not in full, because he left for his “service “ some part of the payment .Also we have asked for our files back and after his multiple harassing emails he was emailed to us , he finally sends us back our documents which was jammed in a USPS box with no protection or any care, so the documents were received in a terrible condition. So, for our own money we had a Two and a half years of the nightmare. If you want the same horror just hire Garbuzov as your attorney and you are done."
