"Best gas station in the area. Food is delicious, large variety of drinks, and the staff is super friendly, especially the older lady with short hair and tattoos. She always has a smile on her face and a great attitude. This gas station deserves more credit and praise."
"Very inconsistent pricing. Me and my coworker will both go in there and grab some hot food. I end up paying almost twice as much as him for the same thing. Store was busy, so I'm not going to hold up everyone and complain, so here I am writing a bad review. I've let the first 5 times go, but specifically the biscuits and gravy I pay so much for. Paid $8 for 2 cold biscuits and a cup of 80 degree gravy. (See attached photo) coworker pays $5 max.I wanted to just leave the food on the counter and say I wasn't gonna pay but I didn't want to cause a scene. Even yesterday, my coworker paid 20 cents more for the EXACT same purchase (both of us had two of the same drinks and both had 2 pieces of pizza). I don't know what's going on behind the counter there but I don't like it."
"This was a very nice little store they had homemade rolls hot coffee hot chocolate. BUT NO RESTROOMS! The workers were very pleasant and helpful"
"Very clean store. Nice selection of typical gas station snacks and drinks while also offering several hot food options. Over all I would say this is one of the better stops for conviencence stores aside from the staff. While the young lady waiting on me was very nice her much older coworkers were overly loud and obnoxious. Screaming and cackling so much the cashier and I could not hear each other standing not 2 feet apart. Had this been a rowdy bar, they would have still been the loudest there, just a more fitting setting. Edit: hahaha for real, did anyone catch the store posting as it's self to give a good review, that says it all doesn't it?"
"I am in Harbor General Store on a daily basis. The employees are always friendly and the selection of products is hard to beat in a convenience store. They have everything from Live Bait, Liquor, Beer, Wine, freshly made pizza Monday-Friday, and many more specialty items. Another interesting thing I recently found out is that it is a locally owned business. HGS is their own brand, not some corporate store like EZ-Mart or Marathon. I support local business 100%. Stop by and check out what HGS has to offer. I am never disappointed!"
