"While the pharmacy offers essential services, the consistently long wait times have been a notable inconvenience, not to mention when they pick up the phone, they don't even bother to say hello they just immediately put you on hold before you can even get a word out. Improved professionalism, and efficiency in handling customer prescriptions would greatly enhance the overall experience."

"One of the single worst pharmacies I have EVER tried to work with. As a PHYSICIAN I have worked with hundreds of pharmacies over the years. In all that time, I do not recall ever having such a difficult time trying to call in a single, simple prescription I gave the pharmacist(??) I was placed on hold MULTIPLE times with little or no explanation ( or one that was said so quickly the words were unrecognizable.) When finally talking with someone, it was next to impossible to have a simple conversation ( like repeatedly asking for MY birthdate when repeatedly identifying myself as the physician and asking if they instead wanted the PATIENT'S birthdate). Then I gave the medication instructions REPEATEDLY and kept having to go over these very simple instructions over and over. Finally, I was HUNG UP ON. Needless to say, I will NEVER be doing business with this pharmacy ever again. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else, but the Pharmore Pharmacy was REALLY impressive so I would recommend there."

"Every month that I have to refill prescriptions I brace myself for what an inevitably upsetting and painfully drawn out test of mental and emotional endurance this is. I’ve basically been getting the same prescriptions since I was a young kid and somehow *every single time* there is a new obstacle. It is a genuinely demoralizing experience."

"I use good rx for my medication and I switched over to Rite Aid on Woodward, even though this Meijer is cheaper. That’s how bad this pharmacy is. Anxiety inducing because they never have it ready in time and were always out of what I need, and I need it to not have seizures. I’m polite to customer facing employees but man was it hard to maintain here."
