"The care provider that my daughter sees is very disrespectful towards her because she has a disability. I thought my daughter was going over the top, however, I went in with her today and the care provider was talking to my daughter like she was a child. My daughter is 27 years old. She also stated that my daughter isn't her own person because she has disabilities. II started talking to the Dr and she blew me off and said she don't have time for this. My daughter got mad and left the clinic without being seen. I forgot the care provider Name that she had seen.. This care provider does not care or take the time for her patients.. I don't understand why she is in this profession when she has absolutely no people skills at all.. This is in inkster"

"Hygienist Mya Floutz is the BEST template for customer service. She needs a award and a raise for her services to Inkster. No matter what city I live or what insurance I have, I book Mya for my dental appointments. I have had her as my hygienist for 14 years. Because of her education and skills I have not had a cavity nor calculus under the gum removal since meeting her. That means something to me because before I met her, the first cavity, the drill almost went through my cheek and the second, they dropped filling down my throat. So yeah if your a scared cry baby like me and need someone gentle for a child's first time or after a bad experience, see Mya Floutz in the Inkster office. I overwork this woman by having heavy stains in between crooked teeth. Hygienist Floutz NEVER has hurt me, even though my teeth are real close together and its hard to floss. She even fixed the second filling because Du**ee Dental had the filling touching another tooth, and i couldn't floss between it. Her raise should come from a mental health grant/stipend because she raises my spirits every single time. Shout out to the Dental Supervisor Monica for directing me to the google survey and google reviews, and for being so nice when I harass her about how good Mya services are."

"I thought I found the right doctor going forward, but I was sadly mistaken. My last appointment was a deal breaker---ridiculous. Additionally, the nurse, (I believe her name is Lisa) ensured me she would have my annual health assessment mailed out; I still have not received my signed copy of the assessment. This organization needs to re-evaluate their sensitivity training, among other aspects (i.e. communication, transparency, etc)."

"Very nice lady in person but wasn't even willing to see me to look at my medical evidence to get a covid exemption I never had a doctor decline so of course I have to switch doctors for that reason alone and also she was not thorough I went to my OBGYN for the same problem I went to Western Wayne for and she did a separate blood panel and found many things wrong as a black doctor I expected her to go a little bit more above and beyond especially since black women don't have a lot of doctors that care and that don't listen if I am still ill or in pain after the first attempt you made you should have tried something else it wasn't a specialty panel that my OBGYN did so all the doctor had to do was send me with another lab for blood work simply just a different panel I'm a nurse she just gave up and told me to make an appointment with their own OBGYN my problem wasn't even OBGYN related come to find out ...I had to go to my other doctor that I trust and she fixed the problem with new test results the OBGYN doctor appointments at Western Wayne were way out my OBGYN has spaces for appointments for people who are in pain I feel like they should triage appointments I tried to get my prescriptions refill she said I need to come in that's unnecessary when you can clearly go in my chart and see why I'm taking the medication you could have did that over a video appointment if you needed me to have some type of documentation of an appointment or even a phone appointment it's something I've been taking for years I'm not just requesting random medication take the time out for people. If I didn't get that blood work done from my OBGYN I could have been deathly sick so they are not thorough here but you can expect that from Inkster since it's a low income City and a very small City I should have known better with the type of insurance they take. She didn't put much thought into what could be going on before sending me off somewhere and telling me everything is okay they are very nice and sweet here but I cannot have a doctor that misses things or isn't super thorough and goes above and beyond knowing that I could have gotten super sick"
