"I brought my 96 yr old mother here after she fell & broke her pelvis. She had a 4 day hosp stay, 12 day rehab facility & then I needed an ortho Dr forfollow up on her healing once she came home. I called 10 (yes, ten) Ortho Drs and was turned down for her follow up appt because they were only interested in accepting new patients that also needed the Drs Office rehab ($$$$) facility. I was shocked at the # of Drs that turned her away. I called LKO Center they said no problem. PA Jennifer Georgia was great. The entire office from reception, x-ray was very friendly and professional. I filled out all the paper work on line thru a link on my phone and check in as a first time patient was quick."

"My experience with both Dr. Gibson and Dr. Lederman were fine, except each office visit, after x-rays were done, seemed a little quick. The only other thing that I can say is whoever is handling the billing for this practice does not know what they’re doing. Between the statements I get from my insurance company, and the statements I get from LKO, there is very little that can be matched up, plus the payments that have been made, both via credit card and check, have not been applied correctly - and I have sent copies of both types of transactions twice! Just today I received another email notice that says I owe them money, and that is not the case. Very frustrating."

"Honestly my experience has been short of satisfactory. Dr. Lederman seems knowledgeable but quick to see you, it doesn’t feel like he gives your appointment the time it deserves. He also has told me multiple times in an office visit that he will do something then his assistant comes in and tells something very different regarding scans/treatment from what he just told me minutes ago. Not sure if he just wants me to hear what I want or if there’s not enough communication. Also, I tried making a PT appointment with his office. They are good about sending email reminders. On my first day of PT, I called before hand to see if I could reschedule. They did not pick up. Voice mail. I was expecting a call back to make sure if was rescheduled for me and they never gave me a call back so I assumed the PT visit was still going to happen. I had also confirmed the appointment via their online system. I got no email or text that it was fully canceled. The front office barely lifted a finger in helping me figure out how to make it up that day. They kept saying that “rescheduled” means cancelled. I don’t care what it means in their system. Having good customer service means following up with your patients."

"I went in because my hip was killing me. 1st off, the place is clean. I always look up and check the ceiling vents, that always gives me an idea of cleanliness. The front desk staff were very efficient, but also friendly. The wait time, well there really wasn't one. They were "on" time. I always feel like it's good business practice to make your patiences time as valuable as the doctors. I met with Dr. Hyman, he was really nice. They took an X-Ray and it showed that I had a bit of bursitis. He gave me a cortisone shot. It took a while for it to kick in but, now I'm feeling much better without any pain in my hip. Thank you Dr. Hyman, "great job"!"
