Little Dinos Pizza

"I hate to leave a bad review. I have ordered here multiple times in the past and enjoyed the food. This was my go-to when it was a Passport, and was still good imo when it first changed over, but the last 3 orders have been incredibly disappointing. I asked for well done pizza, but the last 3 orders have been soggy. The crust doesn't have the same taste. Asked for butter crust, no butter. The last Detroit style was more like a flatbread pizza. No crisp edges at all. I keep hoping each order will get back to the way it was in the Passport days, but I think I'm done."

"Sadly i didn’t get to try Dino’s pizza due to this guy who claims to be a manager I came in and paid for $8 pizza with $20 got $11 and odd change as i was suppose too. Came back to pick up pizza and he says you owe me money i gave you wrong change of $17. I pulled my money out to make sure even though i was confident i had $11 he then proceeded to tell me pay or leave with nothing. I said can i speak to a manager and he says he is one and won’t let me speak to anyone else. So i said I’ll record you to witch he freaks out instantly telling me to leave and picks up a phone to call cops.. after doing so he gave me $8 not even my tax back and followed me outside as i left giving no issue after my money was given back … i just read similar reviews and sounds like somethings happening and maybe this guy is trying to take extra money from customers… i would love to speak to someone really in charge"

"Tried this pizza for the first time tonight. Their house made ranch is amazing!! Don't even pass on their BBQ chicken pizza. It's better than jets chicken pizza! Will definitely be back"

"I've ordered from here twice. First time they didn't put the flavored crust on the pizza. When I told them about it the 2nd time I ordered to make sure they flavor the crust, I could barely tell it was flavored and i would have thought they would make it right by flavoring it well amd even offering a discount for their previous mess up. Also I ordered a special that they had on their flyer online that was supposed to be $30 plus tax. Instead, they charged me $34.50 plus tax. They lost me as a customer."

"The Pizza is pretty good, being honest I give the pizza 5 stars it's good. Other than that I'll never go there again. I got the $8 Large. The guy said $10.60. I asked what's the extra $2? and he answered TAX. I said come on there's not $2 worth of tax on $8. He insisted TAX. I told him my son and I come here a lot and always get the same thing why when the other guy is here it's $8.48? I pointed out easy math $8 + 6% tax = $8.48. I asked him to explain how that math works to $10.60 and he became extremely rude, agitated, and was outwardly pissed I challenged him on the math. It wasn't so much the extra $2 who really cares? I would have paid it, and in fact said I still wanted the pizza. I just wanted an explanation as to how $10.60 was arrived at. He opened the register and insisted on giving my money back. If it were me, I would have taken care of the customer behind me then printed a receipt to show the math. Seems rather simple right? Too bad. I liked the pizza. Fire this guy before he looses you more business. But truth be told there's 10 pizza places within 5 miles. You loose."
