"I placed an online order that was to be ready at 6:40. I arrived and checked in just after the ready time. At about 6:55 I called about the status of my food and the woman who answered told me my food wasn't ready yet. I called again at 7:05 and they said they would look into my food and hung up on me. Very soon after a girl came out with my order and lied to my face and told me the system glitched and they didn't know I arrived, when I know that's not the case since I already called to ask. I asked if my food was cold and she said no it just came up. So my food was 25 minutes past due and I got home and it was freezing cold. I know that dinner rushes are a thing but I don't appreciate being lied to and given cold food especially when it's so expensive. We won't be back."
"Last night 11/24/23 we picked up at 5:55pm. My family and I ordered $72.00 carry out food! Since I ordered Soup, Salad and Bread sticks with carry out you only get one bowl which is understandable, But the least Olive Garden can do is put more of the vegetables and noodle’s Nope Mostly all broth! Bread sticks were so hard (I ordered 6 more on top of the ones we got with our meals). My Grandson kids meal the chicken tenders were burn! He would even take a bite. Awful! I will not be ordering from Olive Garden. I would rather spend my money with local restaurants who care about how their food goes out for that price!!"
"Chicken parm was solid and service was great. Not very busy for a Saturday night. Went against on a Sunday afternoon and it was a 45 minute wait, they must have cut the staff super early. Sat at the bar and bartender was awesome. It does seem they are short staffed a lot or management cuts early. I worked for OG for 10+ years and it seems like it's usually what happens."
"Ordered the shrimp carbonara but instead got Alfredo soup. It was gross. Had to send it back, waited 45 minutes for the redo. This was not OG finest moment. However, our server was outstanding."
"Dinner here tonight for a night out with my wife. Wait time to be seated was short. The food as always, was very good. Our waitress, Chantel, was really working hard. She did a very good job making our dinner enjoyable. Very polite too. Can’t say we have ever had a negative meal time here."
