"As someone else said the new way to order is not very convenient. In my opinion not being able to talk to anyone to place an order is not good customer service. I did eventually got my order placed. When I did pick my order up at 6:30 there was only my order and one other one on the counter. In the past there was always multiple orders covering that counter. Off night? Maybe or maybe the new way to order is not convenient for customers. I am going to have a serious craving before I go back. The food was great and the workers were great."
"I was upset to learn that you can no longer place orders via phone to a person and pay with cash when you pick-up. Called recently and it's an AI system requiring payment over the phone (presumably with a credit card). Tried to place an order and when I got the text it was for the wrong location. Quickly canceled... what a pain. Love Chicken Shack's food... been eating it since I was young and everything is delicious. Likely will just go with more convenient carry-out options moving forward, however."
"I have to say I am still pretty sore about how Chicken Shack took their chicken bites and shrunk the portions, and changed the batter. I have to say it is awful, and it is a lot harder batter. I did reach out on social media, and they responded that they didn’t shrink the portions, only the batter. I sent them. Before and after that, I have uploaded it to this review. I guess I am pretty bitter because this was my favorite item to get next to the English cod. Other than that, the guy who took my order was nice"
