"Can't say enough good things about Millenium Physical Therapy and Travis. Travis is truly an amazing PT. I came to the office exactly a year ago after suffering a pretty serious shoulder injury. I dislocated & fractured my shoulder playing hockey, as well as injured the my ulnar and axillary nerve. When Travis first worked with me I could barley move my arm. While I avoided having to have surgery, we all knew this would require EXTENSIVE physical therapy. Travis came up with a strategic and progressive therapy plan tailored to my specific injury. I worked with Travis and his staff 2x per week for 12 months. My sessions were almost always 2-3 hours. I dont know anywhere else where I would have received that individual attention. Travis truly cares about his patients getting better and would routinely check in outside of sessions and monitor my progress. He was always ready and willing to throw everything at my recovery. He's a stickler for form and doing things the right way, which is exactly what you need when trying to get better. Today I am nearly 100% and I KNOW that I wouldn't be nearly as well as I am without their guidence. On the occasions when I was unable to schedule with Travis, the other PT's Mario and Courtney were incredible to work with as well. Everyone is on the same page and wants to see their patents get better. I could go on and on. While I am happy to be discharged, I will miss seeing everyone at this practice. I would never ever go anywhere else nor would I let any family member or friend go anywhere else. They truly are best and I cant thank them enough."

"Travis was one of the best PT’s I’ve worked with! I was injured with two bilateral hip labral tears. I completed surgery and saw a different PT for each recovery post op (different clinics without significant results). It wasn’t until I worked with Travis, that I was really able to see progress. I went from having daily chronic pain to being able to run again in 3 months. I thought I was never going to be able to run again and hadn’t been able to do so for 3 years! He knows what he’s talking about and if you trust the process it can work for you too!"

"What an incredible therapy company! Travis did an amazing job recovering my shoulder, often spending 30-45 minutes manually working on it. My exercise program was tailored to my needs and it was readily apparent that it was reviewed and adjusted as I made progress. Mario seamlessly took over when Travis was off, and although I did not have the chance to work with her directly, I saw the same high quality care given by Courtney. The Therapy Assistants, Mariel, Nawar, and Mariyum, were professional and made sure I was following my regimen, providing instruction as needed. And being greeted by the always smiling Elyssa sure made a wonderful start to each visit. The facility is clean and attention is always paid to infection control protocols. "If you truly want to rid yourself of chronic pain and/or continuous Cortisone shots, your very next appointment should be with Millennium Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy. After more than a year of taking Cortisone shots in my left shoulder, I was referred to that very facility where I received stellar, top notch treatment from Travis Eason, my physical therapist/clinical director. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, and most importantly concerned about my well- being. Without a doubt, he knows his profession. In addition, he listened to all my questions and readily provided useful answers. Needless to say, my shoulder issue no longer exists. In the end, I was given a simplistic (for life) treatment plan to help ward off future problems. In case you're wondering, he treated all his patients the same. The entire facility was well run. Additionally, the guidance and assistance I received from Andrew and Nawar, the physical therapy assistants, was also excellent, and they too, were professional, pleasant, and helpful. Finally, last but certainly not least, there was Elyssa, the patient administrative coordinator who from the moment you entered the facility, made you feel welcome. She greeted you with a smile, professionalism, and always, always took time to make you feel special. I can't say enough about the entire staff or my treatment.
