"I have done business with Kay Dee's for the past two years. Management was always helpful and they stood behind their products. But now, having followed their advise on some plants, I made a large purchase. However, they over-prescribed a quantity of plants, but refused to let me return them for credit. In legal terms, that's an implied warranty. Taking my business elsewhere."

"They have beautiful flowers and a good variety considering the size of their greenhouse. However, some of their prices are really high. For example, their succulents are $4 each. Most greenhouses offer those for $1 or $2. Their hanging baskets are also pricey compared to Countryside and even vendors at the farmers markets. The plants are pretty and I’m sure they grow great, but I would explore other options before doing all of your landscaping shopping here."
