"They will debit your account without permission or warning! Do NOT give them your account information. I’ve had to change my debit card because they keep charging it. (Insurance issues are holding up payment. They did not notify me of this!) I had to call and find out why and the woman was very rude. She said they removed my card (after charging $150) but they did not and have charged me again! It’s been nearly a year since my kids have been seen so imagine my surprise when they started charging. 2 teens have seen two therapists. One was okay and the other was not and my son said she wasn’t helpful. I rarely leave reviews but the audacity, unprofessionalism, and rudeness of this group is too much. How they make large charges on an account without warning or remorse makes me sick."
