"I highly recommend the Moose Drop and Sport Shop, not only as a clean, unique, and charming restaurant, but as a truly memorable place to visit. Perry warmly greeted us and made us feel very welcome and special. He is a great conversationalist and a great chef as well, whipping up a special gulf shrimp poboy (off menu!) for me. It was incredible. Truly fresh, loaded with plenty of delicious, fluffy gulf shrimp! My wife had a signature pizza, which was excellent as well. It was generously loaded with toppings on a great homemade dough. This hidden gem is worth pulling off the highway for!!! Plus, they have sporting goods, so it’s a one stop shop!"
