"Always rude when I walk in, no one is welcoming. Deb "the manager" is more rude of them all. Dropped off an amazon return and as I was taking it out of the small box she proceeds to say "we don't need the box, you can take that home" I asked if she can toss it and she said "we have no room" then laughs... "They are the “Gold Standard” for UPS Shipping stores. They know that they are Not in the “Shipping business”, but rather they in the they are in “the customer service business”. I have been a happy customer with them for well over 20 years, and will continue to do so!"
"Needed documents notarized. Arrived at 6:00 p.m. and this store closes at 6:30 p.m I checked website for possible limited notary hours before arriving and there is nothing noted. After waiting 15 minutes in line I was told notary services conclude at 5 p.m. daily because they do not have staffing. However, there were three people working when I arrived. Appeared to be adequate staff."
