"I drove an hour into town specifically to come to AAA to get my international drivers permit. Before heading there, I called the office to confirm that someone would be at the office at 12:30 to get this done, and I was told that they would absolutely be able to do that for me. When I arrived at 12:30, I told the front worker what I was there for. He said, “oh, we only have one person who does that and she went to lunch a little while ago. She should be back in around an hour or so.” I had meetings I had to get back to, so I had to leave and head back home. Now, I have to move around my other meetings next week and just hope that I don’t drive an hour there and back for nothing. This was highly disappointing and quite unprofessional."
