"I have had no direct correspondence from you regarding my taxes. I requested a call and never received one. Don't know if getting a copy of my tax info. or any off my paperwork back. I did get electronic copy of my tax returns buy hard to read on computer. I had requested that HR Block do my homestead credit when 2022 real estate taxes are out but don't know if that's getting done either. I was employeed with a company last year and long story short with the way they would do the taxes created an tough situation for me. I was looking for some help towards resolving the issue and I don't think I would have found a better person than Jacqueline.
