I am grateful that he was patient with me and answered all my questions. He even helped me with my humidifier. Excellent customer service! "Last week Josh came out to do a maintenance cleaning on our furnace. He was super knowledgeable and willing to educate me on how to keep my system running at it's best. Nice guy and was able to fix an issue that I happened to mention, i didnt know it was an issue. He also respected my home and my obnoxious but friendly dogs. A couple years back when I needed a repair, John was out and made sure to diagnose the issue without guessing, which is what I had prior to using Harriman. "We took advantage of their furnace tune-up special and are really impressed with their service. John G came out and worked on one of our furnaces, inspected it thoroughly and found an issue with a heat exchanger. We were so happy with the service we had them come out again to tune up the other furnace in our home. It was John G again, did a great job and also provided us with a courtesy safety inspection on a furnace we have in our garage. John was very professional, informative, and provided photo/video documentation of any concerns he found."

"I don't think I can say good enough things about the men from Harriman Heating & Cooling. Tuesday night, I came home to a furnace that didn't work and a house that was 44 degrees. After trying to troubleshoot myself and witnessing fire shooting out of it, I gave them a call and left a frantic voicemail. John called me back and came out for an after hour service call. He was absolutely professional and helped calm my nerves. He gave me tips and tricks to help warm the house a bit, and told me he'd be back the following day with my brand new furnace to temporarily give me heat. Him and his partner came out on Wednesday, and spent more of their time and energy in removing my old furnace than I think anyone expected. The guys were absolutely amazing. They were friendly and knowledgeable with their craft. They told me that the install guys would be here Friday to get it all put together. Fast forward to today (Friday), and Jesse and Jeff showed up. These guys were absolutely fantastic. They had me laughing all day. This was not an easy job at all, and I'm just so thankful for how wonderful the guys were. They were professional and knowledgeable and explained things to me as they went (I'm a bit nosey and loved watching them own their craft). The men at Harriman Heating and Cooling were just absolutely wonderful. They helped this single woman feel safe and comfortable in her home. They told me how much of a family atmosphere the company is, and I heartily agree. These guys made me feel like part of the family. If you need any kind of HVAC problem looked at, I highly recommend them. They were absolutely fantastic."

During the coldest days of 2024 my furnace was not running properly and I got an appointment for the same day. My sister had recommended them as she recently experienced similar issues with her furnace and we both agree Harriman's rocks!!!!!
