"Not even worth one star. This company is genuinely so horrible. I could’ve taken better pictures myself at home. It is such a disappointment that my child school chose to use them this year. The quality of the photos is very poor, all of the images of both of my children look extremely discolored, their skin tone is not accurate or anything. If you reach out to their customer service, you will likely be ignored or wait several weeks for a response that does not actually solve any problems. They are extremely rude and unprofessional on top of providing very poor quality products"

"I had ordered the wrong year of my kids photos and missed some sports pics because high schoolers are horrible at giving you the paper! I called and they were so excellent and helpful with how to get to the right pictures and even took my feedback on what would be easiest as a customer for looking at order history as an improvement suggestion. Class act company and made my day a little nicer helping me figure all out!!! Highly recommend!!"

They have never made me feel like a bother when I call or email them questions or concerns. They always get back so quickly and calls are always answered quickly. I reached out via email to the customer service manager, and they promptly responded, and are mailing me photos directly to my home. Great customer service, and prompt response time! "Always a pleasure working with Geskus for my kids' school pictures. They have a huge variety of offerings, and really reasonable prices. I always get their digital package and am never disappointed. I had to contact customer support due to an error I made on the order form and they had it fixed within a couple days despite it probably being their busiest season. Keep up the great work."
