"Awesome service and communication. They really look out for you. I had ordered a door for them to pick up and install.. When they got it here it was damaged so they went back to where I ordered it and was trading it for another one. They opened the box and that one was damaged. It was the last one they had in stock. I won't go into what I went through to get the correct door. This was a storm door. I asked them to check my other door to see if I need one. They were very honest and said I didn't All I needed was my inside door adjusted and insulated it. They go above and beyond. I'm already going to use them again . Thanks I sure appreciate all you did. Will keep using you."
"We were highly impressed from start to finish with Ace Handyman even from the first call we had with Alexis to receive a quote. We received courtesy reminders prior to our scheduled time for work. We even received a tracking notification that let us know our handyman was in route to us. Our handyman - Torren arrived on time and was professional and super easy to work with. We felt very comfortable having him work in our home. He did a great job removing our old ceiling fan and replacing it with our new one, and the same with a foyer light fixture. We could not be more pleased with the service received and with the top notch customer service both Torren and Alexis provided to us. We highly recommend using Ace Handyman and we are already in process to use them again for another project we have."
