"DO NOT SHOP HERE! ZERO STARS should be given to this store for their poor customer service. First, the manager is unbelievably rude. I have never had a "manager" be so disrespectful and rude to me. I order a jacket with my son's school on it online for instore pick up. I received an email on 3/16/23 stating the item had arrive and could be picked up. I went in on 4/8/23 to get my item and was told they have it to another mom who's kid attend my son's school because they "thought" it would be easier for me to get it that way. They didn't bother to email me or call me although my contact information was provided on my order, considering that's how they contacted me to let me know I'd arrived. Further, I did not even know who this other woman they gave my item to was. I found her email through the school's directory and emailed to inquire if she did indeed pick up my jacket. Because I never heard back from her and still did not have my item, I called the store 3x to get help and kept being told "a manager would call me back." Finally, after 2 weeks of trying to get help I spoke to the manager. And unbelievably he cut me off as I was explaining and stated they did me a favor by giving a mom at the school my jacket and hung up the phone on me! I called back and they would not even answer the phone! I had to call back from my work phone and inquired when i could I just expect a refund because I'm not hunting down this stranger that was given my item. The manger stated he would not refund me for the jacket I never received until he spoke to that other mom that they gave my jacket to! Despite the fact that the jacket was paid on my credit card with only my name as the purchaser and the person to pick it up. The manager would not give me a timeline and hung up on me again. Thankful my credit card is reimbursing me, but please beware. This was THE MOST AWFUL customer experience I've ever had. Not once did they apologize for my inconvenience, but insisted they did me a favor by giving my jacket to a stranger. TERRIBLE! I recommend you shop anywhere but here!"

"Great store for a first-time swim team family. Staff were so helpful finding the right size bathing suit and swim fins for our daughter. Also a large supply of team sports clothing for local high schools and Detroit sports teams, will definitely be back!"

"We had a wonderful experience at this place! We had an urgent need for a swimming tech suit and the manager was honest and extremely helpful. We walked out of there with the right suit, not the most expensive suit. For this we are very grateful. I highly recommend this sports shop!"
