I will admit, the purse was dirty and needed deep cLeaning . I asked them can It be done and I was told yes one week. Fast forward to today, I called and was told " I was suppose to call you yesterday, but we cannot clean the purse." So my item sat for a week and not provided service."

"I brought in 25+ shirts to get cleaned and spend a ton of money. When I came back to pick up my clothes (a Asian man, not sure if he was the owner or a worker) after a long day of work. I was meet with hostile and disrespect, because my shirts didn’t fit on his machine? As if that was my fault. He said if I was to come back they would charge extra, in a rude manner. After I spend $100 plus dollars there. I called to complain, but no answer and no call back. The shirts turned out okay, but service was trash. I would not recommend or go back myself."
