Built in 2017, this residence hall is primarily dedicated to housing freshmen and features double rooms with four people to a suite. The furniture is lofted, so other lofts are not permitted. The facility offers multiple gaming centers with TVs, foosball, bubble hockey, air hockey, two pool tables, and two ping pong tables. There is also a fitness room with treadmills, bikes, row machine, and ellipticals, as well as a large kitchenette and small study rooms. In addition, there are two large classrooms and lobbies with TVs on the second, third, and fourth floors.

Top Taggart Field
β OpenTop Taggart Field, located at 210 Sports Drive in Big Rapids, Michigan, United States, is a stadium officially dedicated in October 1978. With a seating capacity of 6,200, the stadium is centrally located on the FSU campus and features permanent lighting for night games. Top Taggart Field has been a popular venue for athletic events, not only for the University community but also for high school level competitions. In recent years, the facility has undergone multiple renovations and construction projects. The Wheeler Pavilion, named after alumnus John Wheeler and his wife, Chris, was constructed in 2001, adding a three-story building with various amenities. Additional upgrades include a new artificial playing surface, a video board, and a new eight-lane, 400-meter polyurethane track with aluminum curbing.

Jim Wink Arena
β OpenJim Wink Arena, located at 210 Sports Drive in Big Rapids, Michigan, United States, is a state-of-the-art facility that serves as the home of the Ferris State University men's and women's basketball programs. The arena, which opened on November 30, 1999, replaced the old Wink Arena and features a seating capacity of 2,400. The construction of the new arena was necessary due to plans to remodel the old Wink Arena and the Health and Physical Education (HPE) Building. The project also included the construction of the Student Recreation Center. The arena includes locker rooms, athletic training facilities, equipment rooms, and 350 luxury chair-back seats on the North side of the court.
