"I took my wedding dress to this horrible place to be altered, and I couldn’t have been more unhappy. They RUINED the dress. It was uneven and very poorly done. A child could have done a better job! These people are incompetent, incapable, and very very rude. Horrible job, horrible customer service, absolutely horrible experience. Seriously, go somewhere else. They are not worth your time!"

"I ripped the belt part of the jeans while putting it on and took it to fix it. I asked them if they could fix it and they said yes. I come back to pick it up it’s horrible I could’ve done this kind of stitching at home or bought new jeans. I told them they said they’re going to fix it again and that’s how they do it. I come back same horrible stitching but in a different color."
