"I am quite disappointed with Andrew Smith agency, I have been having my policy close to 1 1/2 year, but lately the service is going down not as good as it used to. When I sent email to Andrew, he always gave promised that someone will call me but I never get a callback. What upset me the most, I calld the agency to changed my address back on December 2022, and the rep assured me that she did change the address but when I calld few weeks ago(July 6 23) , the gentlemen rep said that the address was still under the old one so all the paperworks has been sent to the old address. He was finally able to update my address and I am waiting for the paperwork to be arrived, but this is most definitely unacceptable. There is a possibility my information could be breached by the people who lived at my old address. Andrew doesnt care about his clients like he used to, he lets his clients shop around and go somewhere else."
