“Dr. Srivastava and her staff were AMAZING! We came in on a weekend last minute with a possible ear infection. I was thankful to make the appointment the night before and was so impressed by the automated queue text system that informed me the morning of that our time slot would be accurate. When we got there, the front desk staff was super kind and even gave my son a coloring book and crayons! We were seen quickly and the nurse was very compassionate with my son. Dr. Srivastava was INCREDIBLE at helping my son feel comfortable and even made him laugh! This was a tough feat due to how ill he was feeling. She truly took the time to form a relationship with us, which I can imagine is nearly impossible in the field of Urgent Care. Additionally the facility was super clean and beautiful. Highly recommend!!!”

“Never much of a wait, even if there are no available "Save my spot" options on their website. Still able to go and sign in, and be seen as an unscheduled patient. Always kind and considerate providers to date, with fast and presumably accurate diagnoses and treatments, within limits at the facility. For instance, they can do X-ray but not ultrasounds. One negative is closing at 8pm; hours were 24/7 at some point in the past, I believe. ER visits at UM are hours and hours of waiting, if it's past 8pm. Wish they would reinstate 24/7 hours.”

I called them at 8 o’clock this morning letting them know that our furnace had been out for two days and asking for someone to come out and look at it. By 8:15 they had Mr. Dale route and by 8:45 he came, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and was on his way. They have excellent service, excellent prices, and they’re really nice people. My car was parked outside accumulating ice and snow for several days. Got much of it off the day before coming into Choice, but then the snow started again! “My experience with Same Day Road Test in Rochester Hills was top notch. First thing first, I came to the U.S. two months ago and I have already a driving license from my home country for over 20 years so I'm not a inexperienced driver. Yet, I needed to apply for Michigan driver's license, which worried me at first since the rules and driving skills may slightly differ while you are tested and testing centers may eager to fail you to get more money. So, I got prepared by watching some road test videos and practiced myself during daily driving. I arrived to test place timely as they request it very clearly, I opted taking the test with their vehicle as I didn't want to risk with my rental car and I tried to remain calm and easy. I must give credit here to Ashley, who was a great test examiner. She well defined the procedure, clearly gave her instructions and gave me feedback all the time for my actions. At the end, I passed the test and granted for the license. I wanted to leave this review, because there are plenty of negative reviews, which I think irrational and unfair. Many of them are from mothers of young drivers who think their babies are just best but the instructors are bad, or inexperienced drivers simply fail because of faulty actions but accuse this place for failing. During my experience, I didn't feel that they behave like this, Ashley was very pro, cautious yet polite and friendly. I didn't take a practice test as a experienced driver but yet studied my lesson, drove as best as it gets, she still gave me feedback for some points and overall made me passed at my very first time. If you think you come here with awful driving skills but still they can make you pass, it may not be the case. But if you are a trustable good driver, there is no reason for pass for it at once with Same Day Road Test.”
