"I want to preface this with I have been eating at metro Detroit DiBellas since 2004 when I moved to Ann Arbor. This SE MI location was the only one I had not eaten at until today and I won't be coming back. The sandwhich i got which is the same thing I order every time was beyond disappointing. I ordered a grilled turkey and the meat was barely warm and probably 1/3 of the veggies the sandwiches normally have. Plus I ordered before I arrived and still had to wait 12 minutes to get my order and there was only 4 customers in the store and three were already served. I love DiBellas but I'm not coming back to this location ever again."
"Stopped in for lunch today, first time ever eating here and I was treated like the only customer that existed. The staff was pleasant and did a great job. Walked me through the best sandwiches gave me recommendations. Blown away by the level of customer service. I will be back!"

"I enjoyed every single bite of my corned beef sub, it was absolutely amazing. I’m surprised I haven’t heard about this place sooner! I wish I had gotten his name, but the black man who took my order was very nice, and helped me out with the menu. I bought a bag of their chocolate chip cookies, and it was so good like it was taken straight out the oven."
