Pizza Hut

"Started off by calling for delivery. Lady who answered the phone asked for delivery or pick up. After answering dead silence. I then asked if they need my address she then asked for my number. After giving my number again, dead silence. This went on and the same questions asked twice. Finally, get to giving my order and halfway through she tells me "so sorry sir, something happened to our delivery driver and we can't deliver to you". I then said screw it and hung up. My wife really wanted their pasta, so I placed an order online and picked it up myself. When arriving there delivery driver was there doing nothing, vehicle running. I grabbed my food and went on my way. Get home and opened everything up for it to look like it was cooked twice as long, everything was dry, and the pizza seemed to have no sauce. I also ordered boneless garlic parmasion wings, and they were plan with little to no sauce. The only good thing in our order was the breadsticks. No to impressed."

"ordered a 80$ order, here's what the pizza look like. this was a deluxe, with everything on it. there was More pepperoni and sausage on it and vegetables at all. order it around 3:00 so that it wasn't busy."

"Worst experience ever. I placed an order around 2pm to be delivered at 7pm, and they're were running behind in deliveries, but didn't bother to call me or anything. I waited over an hour for my food. An update would've been nice. Instead, I had to call to find out where my food was. When I called, I waited forever on hold. Worst service ever."

"First pizzas we got here were great. Went back the next week and the pizzas taste and texture were that of being reheated. It was literally the worst pizza we have ever had and tossed most of it in the garbage. Never going back. Spent in excess of 50 dollars both times."

"I ordered a pizza online at 5:20pm Friday night 1/7/22 and per the online site should have only taken 40-50 minutes. My pizza was not delivered until 7:30PM. I spent a hour calling the local store in Waterford, MI on highland road and absolutely no answer from the store. My call was placed on hold with music playing for 20 minutes, I had to hang up and call the “customer service complaint” line and wait another 15 minutes to be told that I would receive a refund or even a response to my complaint within 72 hours! So, I have no dinner, no money and still cooking after wasting 2 hours! Look at the picture of the pizza I received below with absolutely “NO CHEESE” on, just pizza sauce and toppings, an NO, I did NOT order it that way! So this whole experience was a wasted of time, and money! The whole evening on hold and bad customer service! I will NEVER order from this Pizza Hut again! Don’t waste your money or time!!! UPDATE- STILL no call back or refund!!!! 1/13/22"
