"DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU DONT CARE ABOUT SLEEP!!! Construction work every single day in here starting at 8-9am until at least 1-2pm!!! They don’t care about current residents! Not everyone works morning shifts to be up at that time! They are doing construction putting in 4 new mobile homes all around my home, 2 in front of me, one in the lot next to mine and one right behind me! This is absolutely ridiculous. Can’t get any sleep because of the loud noises and workers screaming at each other! Can’t wait until my lease is up here so I can leave! Do NOT move here, the work is far from being done here too, they have new ones being put all over the park so again unless you want to lose sleep do not consider this place for at least another 5 years! Neighbors are also terrible they let their dogs use bathroom in your yard and park in front of your house (in your spot even if they need to)!"

"Management is nice at first But,even with a disabled son. The community Management team doesn't care about anyone or anybody. HOPE IS. THE WORST ONE. Maintenance sucks around the community. And the sales people they really suck. Sales and operations are the worst parks in Belleville, mi. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HOLIDAY WEST!!!!!! When you tell them No contact. THEY DONT LISTEN AT ALL!!!!"

"I have lived in this park going on 1year as of December 2023 my experience has been ABSOLUTELY great Everyone in the office has been pleasant I went from renting to purchasing and i can honestly say the park has did a 360 from the previous years when I use to visit relatives the new management team and workers are amazing and has been since day1 if I call the office i get a answer and whatever my need is they are on it the park new renovation looks great and I most definitely would recommend keep up the good work holiday west its being noticed we can't please everyone"

"Definitely a good place to live if you’re on a budget, although I’m a little confused on how water gets billed because they didn’t tack it onto our first month’s rent but added a bill to our second month. Moving in was a hassle, our place wasn’t ready until move in day and then the day of they told us the electric wasn’t going to be done so they put us in another trailer. We were told we had a really big tree that helped with heating and cooling costs (it does, but they’re cutting it down now, as well as tons of other trees around the park :( ) and putting a new trailer next to us when our landlord told us they had no plans to do so. We literally cannot cook without having fans blowing at the smoke detectors. It’s awfully annoying. The pool was open for maybe 2 weeks of the season. A car was stolen from the trailer behind us first week and we were also told theft was never an issue here. There’s no security cameras BTW. The flooding is also atrocious, the sewers are constantly filled to the brim, you can see it through the grates. So when it rains we get excess poop water everywhere! Yay! And if you don’t trim your lawn every 2 weeks they send a letter telling you to do it within 3 days or they charge you $45. The people across the street from us have a dog that they severely neglect and abuse and we basically just have to watch it die. I cannot wait to get out of here."
