"My family just started going to MU and absolutely love it! We signed up to do 2 classes a week and my girls would go everyday if they could! The facility is family oriented and the staff is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! The class sizes are not too large, where the children are still able to get one on one help from their coach! I have nothing but positive words for MU! If you’re on the fence about it, check out their trial class (one hour long) your kids will love it! As a parent you can get some work done or have some quiet time all while your kids are working off energy and getting tired for the evening ahead! It is a win win for everyone!"
"The owner called me three times in one day when he was trying to get us to sign up for membership. We live an hour away and I had a newborn baby. I signed my son up for the membership but was only interested in the minimum of four months because of how hard it was for us to get there. I have been charged for six months and I have made multiple attempts and no one has returned my call or emails."
"If you decide to cancel, the owner will flat out ignore all attempts at contact, whether it’s emails, texts, Facebook messages, or calls. The classes themselves are pretty great for kids, but the gym is rife with disorganization. Many times an instructor (likely the owner) wouldn’t show up and one instructor would be stuck teaching classes simultaneously. The phone number for the gym has been canceled. The price per month relative to the quality of the training is not good."
"We enjoy coming here, especially the open gym. Invaluable for letting your kid get the wiggles out when they are older kids. We love that they have tumbling so that kids can learn how to do gymnastics moves without the completion/dance element."
