As a non-profit, Federally Qualified Community Health Center, we offer a wide range of medical, behavioral health, dental, and pharmacy services to individuals of all ages in the communities we serve. Our clinic in Lincoln, MI, which opened in 1978, has been providing care to families for generations and will continue to do so for generations to come. At the Community Health Center of Northern Michigan, we are committed to HRSA compliance, quality improvement, and transparency in our quality metrics.
