As the new home for dance at the university, this 24,000 square foot building features four large, flexible studio-classrooms, a performance venue with seating for over 100 people, a dedicated screen dance studio, modern locker rooms, cross-training and treatment areas, and administrative offices. The U-M Department of Dance offers a variety of opportunities for students to perform both within the department and beyond. From showcasing faculty and guest artist choreography in major annual productions at the 1,400-seat Power Center theater, to allowing first year dance majors to perform in multiple locations throughout southeast Michigan, the department encourages students to develop their own unique performance and choreography portfolio.

Pets are not allowed on Concordia's campus, including athletic sites. The field is home to the Football, Men’s and Women’s Soccer, and Men’s and Women’s Lacrosse teams, with the stadium being completed in 2015 and dedicated to CUAA President Emeritus Rev. Dr. Patrick T. Ferry in 2021. In addition to these sports, Cardinal Field also hosts the Volleyball, Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Cheer, STUNT, and Dance teams, with the interior being renovated in 2018. The Baseball and Softball teams have their own fields equipped with locker rooms, batting cages, and bullpens. The Men’s and Women’s Outdoor Track and Field teams also use the field for practice, with the complex being built in 2018 and dedicated to Kay Haab in 2019.
