"Great phone app to schedule appointments. The location is clean, the people are amazing. They are able to provide product recommendation and guidance based on their personal use, which has been great! They get me in and out like a car wash, within 5 mins. :)"
"I regularly go here and had couple of rude hairdressers, but I usually ignore it. But this time the lady was very rude from the start. First she asked why I came after about 4 months, why I tried to reply she didn’t listen and made a rude face. So I realized that she was just taunting me. She didn’t say anything throughout the haircut and didn’t ask about my preference. After the cut i was not satisfied so only gave 10% tip which was $2 and she asked me if one buy anything from that, and made some other rude comments. I complained to manager and she seems to care about that and apologized genuinely. So I am willing to give them another chance but they seriously need to check the behavior of hairstylist specifically towards specific community."

"The two stylists working were both quite rude to me and a few other customers that I saw while I was there. Their negative demeanor and rude comments will keep me from visiting again. I was very disappointed. I watched them turn away a customer 15 minutes before closing, he was pretty confused and taken aback."
